The claim filing deadline was April 14, 2009. If your claim form was not postmarked or delivered by that date you will not be able to receive monetary compensation.

The settlement agreement was approved by the Court at the final approval hearing held on June 2, 2009. The Court's Final Judgment of Dismissal and Order Granting Final Approval of Settlement Agreement was entered on June 4, 2009.

Currently claim forms are being reviewed and it is anticipated that payment will be made to eligible class members during the summer of 2009.
